Alan Bune Certified Home Inspector
Alan started in the roofing industry and eventually started a business as a roofing contractor. He worked in the industry for over 15 years and with that brings extensive knowledge of one of your homes biggest assets, the roof. He will be able to point out things other inspectors cannot.
In his spare time, he built a home for his family as the general contractor and did a lot of the work himself as well as traded labor with several other contractors who were building their homes at the same time. He went on to build two spec homes and has extensive knowledge in every aspect of a home and its functions.
Alan started working for a loss mitigation company as a carpenter and then moved into detecting and estimating damages caused by water and fire. He worked in this field for over 6 years.
Alans most recent occupation has been as a Maintenance Director for a large national corporation and for a school district. In this line of work, you see it all.
Alan can provide you with a unique perspective with all his construction experience and background. He not only has seen most everything that could go wrong, but he has also been there to have it corrected.
We utilize state of the art, professional quality equipment and combine that with years of knowledge and experience in order to provide you with as much information about your prospective home purchase as possible. We encourage our clients to attend a walk thru at the end of the inspection. During the walk thru we will go over areas of concern and show you the locations of important items such as the water shut off valve, breaker panel, and sump pump. Your home inspection report is a vital part of your home buying process and negotiations for repairs. We understand the urgency to get the report back quickly. We ensure the report will be to you and your Realtor the same day as the inspection. We also offer a one time re check of any repaired items to ensure they have been fixed.
